"We absolutely loved our stay here! While the rooms are a bit dated and lack a fridge or microwave, the pool and ping pong table are fantastic for family fun. The marina is within walking distance, and the staff there is wonderful. Our family really enjoys coming here!"

"We went to Bucksaw Marina to look at and reserve a floating kitchenette room for later in the spring. We were unable to preview a room due to the Marina being closed for the current season. The lady we spoke to at the lodge was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the reservation process. We reserved a room and two covered boat slips at what I considered a reasonable price. I will review the property again after our stay."

"We had an NA meeting here. It was a very nice day to go fishing. I caught just a baby cat. Yea, I released it. Had another guy catch 20 fish. He kept getting 'em one after another. We had a great time. Also, the park was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had little cabins in the water you can rent. I totally recommend if your looking for family fun."

"Loved it!! The only thing I would change is the bathroom light. Why not have 2 switches one for light and one for fan. So the fan doesn't wake everyone up when you go at night. Very noisy fan. #5"

"Had a guided fishing trip that left out of Bucksaw Marina early on Friday morning. Stayed at the lodge overnight on Thursday to get an early start. The staff made it easy for a late check-in due to us driving down from Independence Mo and wouldn't arrive till later in the day. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable. Exactly what we needed for just an overnight stay to lay our heads. They did have a perfect..."
